A Charter for Entrepreneurs

Julian Huppert and Matthew Cleevely are proud to present our Entrepreneurship Charter for Cambridge in which sets out six goals for government to encourage entrepreneurship, alongside specific policy recommendations.

This document is the culmination of our research. It represents the current opinions of Cambridge entrepreneurs and academics, on how the government can best encourage entrepreneurship.
